Couple friendly, wonderful experience. Good and affordable hotel. They let me check in time is smooth processing. The room size is standard, good enough for a short stay. However, the toiletries good enough. Behavior of the staff was very good. The best part is the location, almost everything is at a walking distance and even late at night you feel very safe. Highly recommended to have a wonderful experience as I did.

The best thing is location, almost everything is at a walking distance and even late at night you feel very safe.

I have stayed here 4 nights. I have booked it in Agoda which cost Rs.10,700 for 4 nights and I had to extend it another night, for which they asked Rs.2,500 extra. Room: * Room was very small. You'll only have little place to stand beside the bed occupying the 80% of the space. * Restroom was clean and maintained good. Heater was working good. Water was clean. * Make sure you don't wet the room because it have no way to dry. * There are no windows so it's like completely shut room. * It had no smoking board outside but they gave ashtray and everyone was smoking inside. * Both the room ceiling and bathroom ceiling was very old and was full of fungus. Sometimes water was dripping from it. Staff: * The staffs was very polite and explained our queries without any hesitation. * They could understand English but answer our questions in Hindi. Food: * They provide breakfast which is chargeable. * They provided Idly, Vada, Masala dosa, normal dosa. * Drinking Water is chargeable here so if you could buy them yourself. Location: * It is in the middle of Mumbai which is good but if you are touring, you should book your hotel in the south side as most tourist places are in the south (Around Bandra). * Metro was easily accessible from here and you will get auto easily. Others: * TV was working and you could watch some channels. The speakers wasn't good and it was smart tv with apps like Netflix, Amazon prime. * WiFi was very good. Had no problem with it. * AC was working good. The room was already so cold as it is closed place without any windows. Using AC there would be questionable.

Tiny place, not the best, no windows. Good for an overnight stay. Near the airport and very near Techno Marol metro station but sound proof.

A bit small rooms but very clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very near the airport. Lady at front desk was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is good for a one night stay for international transit. Service staff is just ok and don't care much. But the rooms are bad. They have a mouse in the room and they can't let you sleep at night.

Worst experience ever. Smelly atmosphere, bad matress, dirty towels and dilapidated bathroom. Couldn't sleep all night. Even the roof of the room was dirty, i wonder how roof became dirty at a first place. Entry to the hotel was pathetic with rat wandering around. Please choose other possible option but never this.

Located at a very good place, this place offers decent accommodation for people, very close to the airport. There are several hotels around this area but they are much costlier than this. They charge around INR 2500 per night. Rooms can be maintained a little better though. The airport metro is close by. In case you are willing to shell out at least twice this cost, there are other options like Mirage, Lemon Tree, Peninsula, Novotel, Leela Palace, Radisson Blu. However, there can be additional services. There are several shops which are walkable from this hotel, a pharmacy right outside and decent restaurants.
